Bülowbogen is a fictitious street in the television series "Praxis Bülowbogen",
which concerns the life and times of characters associated with "Dr Sommerfeld.
There is no such place as Bülowbogen in Berlin.
There is however a Bülowstraße in Berlin-Schöneberg, this is where the filming for the series is carried out.
I don't think the above is correct. The movie dates from the 1980s, but there are memoirs from the 1930s that refer to it as a place name in Berlin. Perhaps it does not exist now, but there seems to have been a place by this name in Berlin before WWII.
