P0133 means "Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1, Sensor 1)." Your car may be running rich and using excess fuel. Check the O2 sensors, especially the first O2 sensor before the cat, and check to be sure you don't have any exhaust leaks. I had this code appear once on my 2002 VW Jetta 1.8t, and replacing the front O2 sensor fixed the problem.
The distributor gear is off by 1 tooth, you probably recently have a a timing belt.
Have it scanned and fix the problem, or have it scanned and delete the fault code. If you choose just to delete it there is no garuantee that it will stay off.
