In a word processing application, Ctrl + Del erases the characters up to the next "whitespace"
Hmm. Perhaps you mean the Task Manager? It shows all the programs and services that are running on your system. If you Crtl-Alt-Del, that will bring it up.

CRTL + Y is a shortcut for repeat typing or redo. Usually, the repeat typing button is near the undo button.

First, you need to select and highlight the chart, then copy or crtl-c. Once you've done you open your word document and paste or crtl-v the chart.
The del character, #255, has no symbol. It is a non-printing character, so you cannot display it on the screen.
Generally it causes a screen/window refresh/reload.

ctrl+alt+del doesn't recover anything. and you can use it only on windows, not on bios.
