Army Combat Uniform. The actual camouflage pattern which appears on the ACU is known as the Universal Camouflage Pattern or ACU Digital Camouflage.
Because it's worn uniformly by all personnel in the Army.
The uniform was first fielded in April of 2005
There are many award and decorations represented by various ribbons on an Army uniform. Each award is represented by a specific ribbon. Also, on those ribbons, are other devices that signifiy specific things about the awards. See related links for detailed information about Army awards.

Army Installations The first sond is "Retreat"- you stand at the position of attention while in uniform. The secound is "To the Colors"- Render the salute while in uniform
There is no flag on the dress uniform
You get several different types of uniforms - PT uniform, dress uniform, ACU uniform, etc.
No the CIB is a an Army award and not transferrable to the Marine Core dress uniform.
A person does not get a uniform before boot camp in the army reserve. A uniform is handed out during the Reception Battalion, referred to also as week zero.

On social occasions when the prescribed uniform is the Army Blue Uniform, personnel who don't have one are authorized to wear the Army Green Uniform with white shirt and bow tie.
