Dilaudid would be more potent than Norco. Dilaudid is roughly 5-7x more potent than morphine where as hydrocodone is .6 the potency of 10mg of morphine. So the hydrocodone would be much less potent as hydromorphone (dilaudid) or morphine.

Example: 2mg dilaudid is like taking 2 perc 10's. dilaudid is stroger there is no acetametaphan it is a form of morphine. Hydromorphone is the generic name. I am prescribed 4mgs dilaudid also lasts a lot longer for pain and withdrrawal. con for me is that it makes me feel too "high"
