No, Finland has always been in Western Europe, a democracy just like France, Norway, Italy etc.
It would look like what's called a travel poster - a poster showing all the things you can do and see in a place. If you're trying to make a poster, you need to do a search online to see what some good images might be - just type "things to see in Finland" or "Finland attractions" and see what images pop up.
Finland has absolutely nothing in common with Sweden.
