1187 CE the Ayyubid Period started , Egyptian Islamic people Lead by Salah al-Din (Sladin) and ended in 1516 CE which was conquered by the Turkish Ottoman empire.
The Ottoman Period was the last Islamic Period.
In all this Periods there where deferent leaders,wars and conquers .Some Muslims others not.

From the Islamic Quran Some Scholars believe the Qur'an verse 17:1 is interpreted by Islamic tarsiers as referring to the "The farthest place" (al-aqsa) which is identified in Islamic tradition with Jerusalem, but there is still no mention of Jerusalem in that verse or in any other Qur'anic verse
