Are you talking about when he literally talks about serving? I don't think there are too many times that are recorded. I'm sure he talked about it often with his disciples and definitely even more times when he actually lived it. When he washed the disciples feet, for instance, he was showing them an example of how he wanted them to serve and the attitude and heart he wanted them to have. And of course dying on the cross was the ultimate act of service. An act of mercy. Which is what Jesus wants us to have when we serve others...mercy.
