Depends on what you call 'crime'. Anything regarded as crime that constitutes sin He would abhor - murder, assault, robbery, lying and so forth. Much of the law of western civilisations is based on His own teachings. However, some acts that are called crimes are not crimes against God - for example, it is a crime in China or Iran to spread the Gospel. Jesus would regard those who made the law as criminals in such a case.
