george made Lennie feel strong he needed george to live and Lennie took evey word george said and though he forgot he would always turn to george and ask for him to help as there is a bit in the book that says george told Lennie to jump of a bridge into water and Lennie did even thought he could not swim and then thanked george for saving him.
He wishes to join Lennie and George in "their dream" of buying their own ranch.
The boss is suspicious of George's behavior in "Of Mice and Men" because he notices that George speaks for Lennie, which is unusual for ranch workers. This makes the boss wonder why George is so protective of Lennie and why they are traveling together as partners. George's behavior sets him apart from the other workers, leading the boss to question their relationship.
George orders Lennie around and he tries to prevent him from getting in trouble. but it usually doesn't work so when ever he gets in trouble George always tries to get him out of it. Lennie looks up to George like a little kid would. He always tries to listen to George but sometimes he forgets (hes Mentally challenged) and he gets himself into trouble and then George gets mad at him.
If the boss asks Lennie questions, he should try his best to answer truthfully and respectfully. Lennie may struggle with communication, so it's important for him to listen carefully and ask for clarification if needed. It's also helpful for Lennie to have George or another trusted friend nearby for support.

It has been really brave of George to look after someone that gives him so much and that is not related to him. They may not have the same blood, but they are like cousins. George gets along with most of the people of the ranch; the one who gives him trouble is Lennie.George's emotions change throughout the problems he faces. At times, when Lennie would ask for impossibilities, he would cuss at Lennie. If he sees that Lennie was upset, he would tell him the story of the plans for their future. George did everything he could to help out Lennie but because of his mental disability Lennie would forget. George came to a point when he though it was best for Lennie if he died. That was when he decided to shoot him.In general, George is a very patient man. Many people liked him. He is smart and most of the time made the best decisions. But as all humans, George came to a limit and had a desperate moment. For the most part, George is a great man.
