The Long -Billed Curlew eats a lot of things such as crustaceans, grasshoppers, Spiders, lizards, centipedes, snails, small frogs, small reptiles, ground beetles, crickets, caterpillars, seeds and small fruits.
Owl , and foxes are some animals that eat an eskimo curlew, but im not sure what else.. i think that just birds in general eat them too.. :s
