NERF stands for Non Expanding Recreational Foam. It is used in sports balls and small darts for NERF blasters. Hope this answers your question.

yes, riven is getting nerfed after the snowdown patch. :D
It means that Blizzard reduced an item's or class's skills and abilities (sometimes a lot) in the interest of making the game more fair for other players. e.g. they nerfed that pally armor cuz it gave him 500 sec invulnerability so now it only gives 10 sec.
It means an item gets worse as in it does less damage or the aim is trash or something that makes it so its worse then it originaly was
hate being nerfed in gaiaonline? just do this steps then... 1. go to shops and buy 10 fun chams and kick it so that it wont be hard.... 2.now play with it.. 3.catch your fart 4.count all of your hair and sing 5.kill your self :) thats all
You buy it from the herblore dude in taverley, he sells vials aswell, unless they nerfed him aswell.good luck
Holy smite is a 1 mana priest spell that does 3 damage to any minion. It used to be a 1 mana priest spell that does 2 damage to any target, but they nerfed it.
it all depends on your situation. guthans is usually used for long camping/boss trips, wile dharoks is useful for mm gorillas in the temple (nerfed) and when ur in pvp on low health.

The strongest DPS at this time is the Mechanic. However this will soon change, in the Chaos patch they will be nerfed and their damage reduced. The Chaos patch isn't coming out for a few months though, so no worries if you want to make a Mechanic now.
You can play a hunter if you wish, it takes a lot of skill to learn a class, people are just saying crap but if you actually know how to play you can still own others. Hunters, as well as any other class always get nerfed and they are still fun to play.
You cant defeat it because you cant samon a dragon w/o the dragon amulet. Edit: It is defeatable, and Dragons in some quests can be summoned without the DA, they repeatedly Nerfed it (made it easier) so members without a DA can defeat it. Don't ask me how, but I remember them discussing it after the release.
From a Ogre Kingdoms player and a general fantasy player, Wood Elves are reviwed as one of the weaker armies as they have next to no armor and rely heavily on skirmishers and cavalry, which were both nerfed with the new rulebook, and their best units are flammable, which is bad seeing most competitive bulids are running Banner of Eternal Flame ( although due to regeneration). So in my opinion, wood elves are not the best army, but a skilled player can wield them to some success.
