Ceramic sculptures are made using "slip" a ceramic liquid that is poured into a plaster mold. It sets for a period of 12-20 hours. Then the mold is opened and the piece has to dry for another 24 hrs. The piece is then "cleaned" (scraped and sanded) and is placed in a kiln to be baked at a high temperature to be hardened into a ceramic piece. Glaze or paint can be applied after the item has cooled.
The main component when making anything ceramic is that you use clay to make the piece and then you fire it in a kiln.
After the clef sign, before the time signature.
Backstamps are marks that appear on the underside of a ceramic to identify the manufacturer. ... You may not see a "Made in Germany" mark, but the piece could have been manufactured there. cutt.ly/xhVPf6M
