In 23 years of being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) I have never heard of the term PTI. I couldn't find anything about it online either. My guess is that it could stand for something like Personal Temple Interview or Priesthood Training Interview?

Born and raised a member and never heard of it. Are you sure you're not meaning or thinking of P-Day? This is what Missionaries get once a week, basically time off to do laundry, and personal tasks not related to their regular missionary duties.
