Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle
A Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle (PZEV) is usually a hybrid vehicle. It relies on advanced technology to produce low emissions. If your car is a PZEV, it will likely have a small sticker in the lower corner of one of the side windows. The sticker will usually say PZEV-AT. The AT stands for advanced technology.
It stands for Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle. It's a strange concept but it means that a vehicle has nearly zero tail pipe emissions.
My 2004 Focus PZEV has a timing chain. 103,000 miles with no problems.

Between 25 and 40 psi (Put it more likely at 35psi)
Drivers who are conscious about the environment but do not have hybrid or electric vehicles can still drive green. PZEV cars are environmentally friendly because they leave a small or no carbon footprint at all. In other words, a car that has a Partial Emissions Zero Vehicle rating does not emit as much waste as other cars. Ford Fusion, Honda Accord, and Subaru Outback are excellent examples of PZEV cars.
On my Ford Focus 2008 S (PZEV model), it is right in front of the fuel tank, on the passenger's side.
By the position of the injtake air filter box is easiest. On the ej259 it is on the left side when facing the engine, the ej253 near the center. The ej259 is the California emissions (pzev) engine.
NU6 is the GM code for the California Emissions PZEV (Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle) standard. This means that your car meets California's SULEV (Super Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle) exhaust standards and has no loss at all from fuel evaporation. In addition, to meet these standards ALL emissions related components on your Cobalt must have a 15 year, 150000 mile warranty. For more information, a web search of PZEV will lead you to more exact details on these standards.
