Oxygen and the "planet" needs to be closer to the sun as well, around the same distance that Earth and Mars is to the sun.
Everything necessary to support human life.
because we need oxygen to be able to breath and without carbon dioxide, oxygen couldn't exist.
Not that we are aware of. Pluto is too cold to support Earthly forms of life, and has no atmosphere to speak of. It is possible, in science fiction, to create the sort of life form that could exist on Pluto; SF legend E.E. Smith did, and called them "Palainians". But it will be a LONG time before we can actually see if anything is there. I don't expect anyone.
Atmosphere
Wait so I tell you some things about pluto? Okay. Well Pluto USE to be the 9th planet but now it is a dwarf planet. That means it is not a real planet really. It is at the end of the solar system which is farthest from the sun so it's EXTREMELY cold in Pluto. It is so cold that no life can possibly be on Pluto and astronauts need warm air filled suits to go on Pluto!
Gravity is essential for life on Earth because it keeps our atmosphere in place, allows water to flow, and enables plants to grow towards the sun. Without gravity, our planet would not be able to support life as we know it.
When a patient needs a machine, or a ventilator to breath for them, then that patient is on artificial life support. When a patient does not have the ability to breath on their own, or eat on their own, they will need artificial life support, or they will die.
Even if the Shuttles were still operating, which they're not, they wouldn't be able to reach Pluto; no currently existing or planned craft is sufficient for a manned mission to even Jupiter, which is much closer and much more interesting.

A parka.
Living things need food, water, and oxygen to survive. These essential resources provide energy, hydration, and support cellular functions necessary for life processes. Without these, living organisms would not be able to sustain life.
