I also applied for tier 4 on 10th of June 2010. My status changed for the third time on 1st of August. The status was same as you mentioned in the question. I called at FedEx number and asked to explain the word AC. Their representative told me that my application was still under process at Abu Dhabi Center. Here AC means Abu Dhabi Center. He also explained that there is no difference between the previous status and this one.
