its mean Application centre, bute here its mean Abudhabi Application centre
Neither. It simply means that your application is being returned to you by couries as opposed to by mail.
I also applied for tier 4 on 10th of June 2010. My status changed for the third time on 1st of August. The status was same as you mentioned in the question. I called at FedEx number and asked to explain the word AC. Their representative told me that my application was still under process at Abu Dhabi Center. Here AC means Abu Dhabi Center. He also explained that there is no difference between the previous status and this one. From, Muhammad Riaz

The party you sent an application to, received the application. This is usually a status message received during a routine Internet session.
I presume that what you really mean is "sign the application". The application would be returned for signature before the application could go to underwriting.
I want to know that too. Does that mean you "pass" that evaluation level, or does that mean they have "passed" you by for better candidates?
IT means they still have it on file, but it is not being actively processed at this time. Usually this would mean that some required materials are not yet in, or there is some other technical or legal obstacle to granting the application.
It means you have been added to a list of candidates for that opening.
If you have applied for an apartment or to rent a home, you will need to allow some time before you check the status of your application. After waiting one to five days, call the manager and ask if a decision has been made.
If you've applied for, college, and you see that a departmental status review is required, it simply means that a decision on your application has not been made yet.
That means your application or placement on the waiting list is active.
It means the job is no longer available
