Like everyone else, Queen Elizabeth II has only one birthday, the anniversary of the day she was born, which was 21st April 1926.

In a tradition started by her grandfather, King George V, her birthday is celebrated in June with a military parade, bestowing of honours and other events.

This is often, erroneously, referred to as The Queen's Official Birthday.

This is simply because the weather is better in June than at other times of the year.
