in the book version of the play: He kills Paris in the Tomb, He also notices that Juliet wasnt pale and still had her brightness shining through even though she was "dead."

In the movie version of the play: Tybalt was near her, and he asked what he could do for his forgivness, he kissed his love and drank the poision and died
