In the Japanese version of Final Fantasy 8 Seifer calls Zell "Chikin Yarou" (ãƒã‚ン野郎) which could loosely be translated as "Chicken-scared", or like in the game, "Chicken-Wuss".
Marc Seifer was born on 1948-02-17.

I would say Squall Leonhart or Seifer
you get nothing
He got it in a fight with Seifer at the beginning of the game.
to fight seifer, you must unlock the area "The World That Never Was", and then go to the fighting area in twilight town, and then talk to the ref. After you kill Hayner a lot of times, the ref will let you fight seifer.
There is a way without technically struggling. When you are Roxas, during the Struggle times, in between each battle Seifer is waiting in the back alley, as Olette tells you I think only once. There, he will talk to you about brawling with no grudges for the loser. You fight him the back alley. In between each battle you can do this, but after each brawl with him you have to go back to the sandlot and continue Struggling.
Yes, Seifer Almasy and Squall Leonheart grew up in the same orphanage as each other, and though they forgot this due to the effect of using Guardian Forces, they also knew each other at Balamb Garden, where they were rivals in the art of gunblade fighting.
The cast of The Texas Chainsaw Manicure - 2007 includes: Anna Lillie as Horrifyied Customer Stefanie Seifer as Stef Matt Valade as Foxy
The cast of Dirty and Thirty - 2012 includes: Stuart Brazell as herself Stefanie Seifer as herself Kent Speakman as himself Jennifer Sterger as Herself - Guest
f you mean seifer in the struggle match, you just him him and pick up the orbs. theres no specific strategy just get the orbs. seriously though if you cant beat him then you will have a lot of trouble through the entire game, and will probably never get past land of the dragons
*spoiler alert* The main playable characters (not including Rinoa) and Seifer, were all orphans at the same orphanage, run by Edea (who is still an enemy at that point in the game). Ellone was there too. Everyone had just forgotten about it, it's explained as a side effect of using Guardian Forces. Not being a SeeD, Irvine had less exposure to GFs and was affected by it less, so remembered more of it than the others.
