I happened on to this by chance, being hungry for a bean burrito with no refried beans. It is the best way to make what tastes exactly like genuine TACO BELL refried bean burritos. It is incredible.
All you need is...
1 - 16oz can Bushes Chili beans (mild)
Heat entire can in a medium sauce pan on Medium heat. Smash the beans with a potato smasher, until you get the consistency of refried beans. You need no oil, so no added fat! Heat until hot.
I recommend stocking up on the TB's Hot Sauce packets next time you go to TB. Adding this plus some finely chopped onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and flour tortillas.

Walmart carries the taco bell seasoning, salsa and taco sauce. Unfortunately they do not carry the shells.

Taco, Tostado, been burro, burrito supreme, Bell Beefer, and Beans called Frijoles.
You can put hamburger, cheese, beans, and salsa if liked. That's kinda how taco bell makes theirs.
The sauce on Taco Bell's Baja range of foods appears to be "Pepper Jack" according to their menu.The ingredients statement on the nutritional information section of their website (see related link) does NOT mention any meat products in this particular sauce, however it does contain Milk and Eggs.
