If you meant to say "te hablar" that loosely translates to "you speak" but its not grammatically correct.
- the right question is "¿Puedes hablar por favor cuando tengas tiempo?, te lo agradecería".(ablar and agradeseriaare misspelled; and porfa is a diminutive of por favor).-in english is: "can you talk when you have time, please?, I would appreciate it."
It appears this is saying, "Why have you added me if you're not going to talk with me? I will delete you, OK?"
te means to in English =D
Matthew in English.
Te dolió
i think you mean te amo which is spanish for i love you
I may not understand you, but "no boy hablar en espanol" means "boy does not speak in Spanish" does this answer your question?

"Si te cojo" in English translates to "If I catch you."
