Nothing really, looks like a machine translation gone bad.
I suspect it stands for something like "I am here for you and everything you need".
It means 'I am yours for ever'.
je suis tout pour lui
I am open to all (ideas)
It means, "I'm all in the cold".
I love you with all that I am
Vous auriez besoin de trente-deux pieds Désolé pour le dérangement que je suis français.
Je suis reconnaissant pour mon maman. = I am grateful/thankful for my mom.
It's French, but all mixed up. "besoin de moi" means "need of me" it might be : je suis" which means "I am ..." "besoin de moi" means "need me." My guess is, I think they're saying "I am there (here) if you need me." Je suis (la or ici) si tu a besoin de moi.
literally: 'I am cry all night long"
I have to go on a shopping spree; I need some shoes to add to my collection. (a literal translation, back to English would read: "I am in dire straits to celebrate Shopping Day" - French speakers would say in French: 'je dois faire les magasins - j'ai besoin d'acheter de nouvelles chaussures pour ma collection)
love me for what I am
I'm out for Pranzi
