UNICEF was created to provide food, clothing, and health care for those who need it. UNICEF provides many types of assistance and help to children and mothers. It receives money from different governments and private persons. UNICEF works in almost all countries of the world. They help save lives, protecting childhoods and getting children to school.
UNICEF's main aims are to help people around the world who are poor and who have been hurt by the war going on in the world, like in Africa. UNICEF also tries to achieve different or even dangerous goals to save people who are poor, sick, disabled and so on.
UNICEF advocates for people to have rights, especially children, to have basic things like an education, health care and a place to live.
