They don't
Yes, all airsofts are legal in all states, but some states may not allow semi- auto machine Co2 airsofts
I would check ShortyUSA.com first.
Rules ussually are that it must be private property, and must not have a chance of hitting vehicles or passerbys.
Airsofts are not allowed in carry-on at all. It doesn't matter if they are locked or dismantled. They are never allowed in the cabin. They can be packed into checked luggage, and they fall under the same rules as BB Guns. They do not have to be declared, but do expect your luggage to be searched when it shows up on the Xray. It is a good idea just to go ahead and let them know it is in there when you check it. It's good to be on the safe side. If any changes are made in TSA policy, they can go ahead and let you know right then to avoid any trouble.
Magazines for airsoft guns hold and feed the BBs into the gun's firing mechanism. They come in various capacities and styles to suit different types of airsoft guns and players' preferences. Regularly maintaining and properly loading magazines is essential for consistent and reliable performance during airsoft games.

Not a fan of anything but actual firearms, but you DID say please, so I did some checking. The CYMA airsofts in general do not get high marks for durability, and MAY have been discontinued (made in China). Your best bet may be to search some of the airsoft forums, and post a wanted notice there. If someone has a non working CM 042, they may be willing to sell you the magazine. Several articles mentioned that the CYMA guns were copies of another well known airsoft- check on the forums to see if those other mags will interchange. Good luck-
