our breakfast is the continental breakfast a light meal that consists of coffee, milk, some juice, bread with margarine, butter, jam or cheese and ham, etc. We don't eat bacon or eggs or pancakes at the morning.
The lunch is the most important meal of day. It consists generally of beans and rices, some meat, and salad. Of course there is room to individual preferences. We eat pasta, french fries, smashed potatoes, etc. Beans and rices are the base of the meal but we are now more open to other combinations of food too.
The dinner is like the lunch.
Usually we drink a lot of soft drinks. A lot of coffee. Some juices. A lot of beer. Some wine.
