That is a difficult question to answer since Sisters do many things each gives according to her ability and each receives in accordance with her needs. Some teach, others write, and some start television networks. Their jobs are as varied as that of the general population; however, everything they do is for the glory of GOD.

Pray for the Church and for the world.

Do work for their community.

Some sisters go out into the world and serve God's children (e.g. teaching in schools, helping the poor).

What is a Catholic sister called?

Roman Catholic AnswerA Catholic sister normally refers to a woman who has taken promises or vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience, and serves God in different capacities according to the charism of her order. Nuns are also referred to, when speaking, as "Sister" but in that case it is a form of address not what they are. In countries who speak British English, the latter, in the case of a choir nun, is referred to as "Dame" not "Sister".

I never have heard where Bill Murray has spoken of his religious beliefs and you know he was raised Catholic so is he still Catholic and does he believe in Jesus Christ?

Bill Murray was raised in a Catholic family (Irish Catholic parents who had nine children) and his sister, a Dominican Sister, made headlines with her one-woman show on Saint Catherine of Sienna. He does not speak publicly about his faith-leaving that to his sister. However, he appears to be a practicing Catholic by media accounts.
