These coins are novelty items made by private companies. They take ordinary Lincoln cents and stamp a small image of JFK in the space to the right of Lincoln's picture, making it appear the two Presidents are looking at each other.
Many times these coins are attached to a card listing supposed "astonishing coincidences" in their lives. Unfortunately some of the "coincidences" require stretching history more than a bit.

A US cent dated 1913 is a Lincoln cent and the word Liberty is also on the front of the coin.

They all look the same except for different dates and mintmarks. Lincoln on the obverse and Wheat Ears on the reverse.

There is actually no such thing as a 1973 'silver' penny. However, there are some Lincoln pennies from 1973-74 that have a shiny, silver-like look. These pennies are worth about $1.25.
All 2004 U.S. penny's are lincoln cents. Look at the coin again and post new question.
The U.S. Mint has never made a Silver Penny . If it is a 1957 Lincoln cent, it has likely been chrome plated which can look like silver. This is very common but the coin does not have any numismatic value.
WelL u could say he was famous for being so much like Abe Lincoln. Look up out them it's kinda interesting.:)
It looks exactly the same as the 2010 or 2012 penny.
