No 1964 US Peace dollars exist, All were melted
No US silver dollars were made after 1935, look at the back of the coin for 'Half Dollar'.
Under the DO in DOLLAR it could either be blank or their could be a O, S, or, CC.
Look at the coin again and post new question, no US one dollar silver coins were made in 1809
Look at the back of the coin for "HALF DOLLAR" no US dollar coins were struck after 1935.
1914 would have made it a Liberty head (or Barber) style half dollar. Pictures can be found online.
If one existed it would likely be of the Peace dollar design but the US did NOT make any one dollar coins dated 1966.
There is 24 grams of silver in a 1891 US silver dollar.
A date is needed. Please check your bill again and look for questions like "What is the value of a (date) B US 5 dollar silver certificate?" for more information.
Take another look at that coin. The US didn't mint any silver dollars in the 1940s.
