Just to expand on the first answer, many vet practices will be able to give you special kitten milk, bottles, syringes (for kittens that are difficult to feed) and anything else that is needed. Human baby bottles can be used, but keep in mind that a young kitten's mouth is very small, so the bottle and teat size would have to match the kitten's mouth.
