It's not possible to say in general what "boys" hate about girls, because every boy is different, and for pretty much every girl in the world there's someone somewhere who will like her just that way, and other boys who will hate her for exactly the same reasons. I can tell you what kind of girl I can't stand as an example: overly loud, dumb, airheaded, hypocrite, focused on her looks too much, egoist, egocentric and in general unfriendly. However even I know some guys who wouldn't mind those traits in their girlfriends.
