Their eyesight is 50 50. They can see more colors than black and white.

The can see:

Black

white

gray

blue

but sometimes confuse orange and green

So unless a dog has only 1 eye, or a blind eye(s) then you shouldn't worry

It is like our own, only they can't see colour the way we do. Its more black and white than ours with hints of colour in comparison to our own.
