What does a father's consent letter for letting a mother and child move to another country need to have?
The mother and child leaving the country need to have the custodial father approve it, AND the Court needs to approve the move.
Yes, you can get emancipated without parental consent. You cannot do it without notifying the parents. And the judge is likely to listen to their opinion about letting you go off on your own. And remember that if you are emancipated, your parents don't have to provide you with anything in the way of money or support.
First you need a defined territory. Sadly there is no land left unclaimed so you'll have to secede (break off) from another country. I suggest a less developed country because more developed have a hard time letting go of land easily. Next you will need a permanent population and once you have that the only thing left is a government.
Is there a state you can get married at the age of fifteen without parental consent or having a court order?
Years ago fathers weren't even allowed to enter into a delivery room to see their child born and the change of letting the father be part of the birth is one excellent idea and he will appreciate what his wife/girlfriend has had to go through giving birth as well as seeing the miracle of birth and with cutting the umbilical cord this is letting him experience even more and there would be a stronger bond…
Why does my husband verbally and emotionally abuse me but when no one else is around everyone thinks he's great?
Although I wouldnt recommend it, you could always find a way to communicate through email, texts, calls and other devices without your parents knowing. Having friends and their parents cover for you when youre out could be another possible option. But if you really like this person, then I would suggest letting your parents know. At least with them knowing, you wouldnt be lying and sneaking around. It would prevent a lot of stress.
