First u will feel the other ones lips touch urs and u try to sort of push ur lips up and down. If u r tounge kissing it's the same but u feel a tounge come into ur mouth and almost kinda like plays with ur tounge.

Well i would say if it's the first time I won't know the answer to that but it depends who your kissing if it's somebody you actually have feelings for ya it will turn out ok maybe not the first time because you might be nervous. If it's somebody you just think is hot and not really getting to know yaa it will suck.
