It depends on the breed. There is so many different breeds, and sizes. Like a Fellabella (smallest horse) Colt yearling, would be tiny, but a Shire (biggest horse) Colt yearling would be really big. So there ISN'T a average size for any horse, unless you want to know about a certain breed, then I might could help you.
Does your bellybutton move like waves during Pregnancy?
During early stages of pregnancy its more of a wet sensation and I will say its way better than regular sex because you and the man will get more of a feeling and at the time you won't be thinking you hurting the baby only because the baby didn't fully develop yet!

Well this will depend slightly on how early or late into the pregnancy she was. If the mare was at the 300 day period of her pregnancy it's termed abortion or aborting the foal. The mare may have bagged up (Swollen) mammary glands, possible waxing or dripping of the milk/colostrum, and vaginal discharge/bleeding. This can be caused by fungus, bacteria, and viruses along with genetic mutations, high stress levels, fetal death due to umbilical strangulation, or even lack of proper nutrition for the mare. If the foal is born alive after 200 days of pregnancy it is considered a premature birth, whether the foal survives or not.
Usually in the first 4 months or so there isn't really any difference except that the mare might be a little more edgy or cranky. After that, she steadily, and noticeably grows bigger, a little more lethargic, way more hungry, seemingly more agitated, and won't really tolerate any stallion behind her. Towards the end, her teats will be VERY enlarged, and you can see the foal(s) kicking around and adjusting. Towards giving birth, she is very agitated, won't eat or drink, will go away from the herd and pace like crazy, become sweaty, will lay down, look at her sides, kick, neigh, and finally give birth. During this time, she will be VERY protective of her foal, and will attack any herd member regardless of her rank, and even her owner if she feels threatened enough.
