Non-physical things that girls find attractive are confidence, humor, sincerity, and an adventurous spirit, but again, it depends.
One of the biggest factors in whether or not a relationship forms is time spent together (which can include other people.) Most successful relationships actually start as friends.

Sorry boys, but I'm a girl and I know that every time I look at a guy, the first thing I look for is abs. I know this may seem shallow, but it's true. For a girl to be attracted to a guy physically, they usually need to have a nice body and an okay face. Acne is a big turn off, unless it's just slight. I hope that this helps you, but don't worry personality is most important. If you treat a girl the way the guys do in romance novels/movies, you WILL get the girl.
