But again we discuss about how when you go into a place and you pull a number you feel like you don't even have an identity no more you're just a number to the person behind the desk. If you use the customer's name then they are going to feel like it's a more personal experience and often times just by using the customer's name you can defuse an unpleasant situation. If the customer approaches you angry just by using their name, it can be very effective in calming them down. feeling valued 􀂳 giving respect 􀂳 adding the personal touch forming one-to-one relationships
