It sounds as if he is making conversation by telling you about his yonger brother. He may wish to be your friend and would like to know more about you and you about him. Perhaps he is lonely and has seen something in you that he likes and would like to get to know you better. Did hid rmark come out in a conversation you were having with him , or did he just mention it. Perhaps he is shy and did not know how to say "I would like to be your friend". Just do not hurt his feelings by being rude to him. Who knows he may make a great frend.
