a Blower Motor Risister (located under the dashboard on pass. side) has a wire harness connection on the bottom, and looks like a card shaped circuit board about the size of your drivers license. depending whether it is the original or a previously replaced after market part, there will be a round shaped resister connected by a wire on each side of the round resister located on the very top of the card shaped circuit board. the michelin service guide (2008) reports the resisters location as being under the plastic grill below the windshield and where the wiper arms connect, that is wrong, it is INSIDE the cab, under the passenger side of the dash (below where the glove department is located). I figured that out the hard way when i had followed the directions of the mich. service guide information, via mich. repair computer program used in my shop, and had to locate it myself when it was not located where the guide indicated. your welcome ahead of time for the 45 min i saved you for what is actually a 10-15 min job!
