Two things:1. People would be very dead on Jupiter.2. You couldn't tell what people would look like because Jupiter is a gas planet . . . it has no solid surface to stand on. People would be sucked deep into Jupiter by its very large force of gravity.
Jupiter outer layer is mostly gas, however storms are going on all the time. very large storms. the enter core of the planet is like the earth it's hot

Generally I'd say Jupiter, but Uranus and Venus also have the same gaseous stripes as Jupiter. Take a look at some satellite pictures of the planets and decide for yourself

A massive storm
Right (November 2009) you can see Jupiter, as a bright planet (looks like a star). At sunset, Jupiter is near the meridian, i.e., near its highest point. If you have a clear sky, just look out for the brightest star you can see.
