Model of Christian Charity

"Charity" is an word used in the King James version of The Bible for the word "love". Some use the word "Christian love" to indicate an action that is giving of oneself to help someone. A "Model" means an "example".

So, a "model of Christian Charity" would be someone who set an example of how Christ would demonstrate love for people who could not help themself.
The phrase also has a historical meaning, and refers to a speech given by John Winthrop to members of the (future) Massacusetts Bay Colony on their way to the new world. The speech emphasizes the qualities of charity and generosity the Puritans should demonstrate toward each other in order for the new colony to survive.
watoto: helping children in Uganda, Africa who have lost family and left in the streets begging. This charity saves them children and you can sponsor a child too which would help buy them their clothes and essentials.

hope this helps (BTW its a good one!)
