You would need to have the proper documenation for example the marriage certificate and proper identification like a valid drivers license or identification card with a picture on it. You would also need the other person, ring, two witnesses and the person who is performing the ceremony. It is just like u would do in Las Vegas and what happens in Vegas stays there so that means what happens in New York would stay in New York.
