Here's a rough translation: "The MRI shows something unusual (low T2 signal mass with minimal enhancement) about 3/16 inch (4mm) in diameter in the small of the back near the spine (L2-L3); it's pushing the nerves to the left of where they're supposed to be (displacing them to the left)." The question then becomes "what is it", and more specifically "is it cancer". This is what you want to talk to a physician about.
