yes deer eat anything that's green
Animals like alfalfa because most animals eat plants.
I don't think so. If you look at the order and genus (etc.) of each plant, you can see they are different, meaning they are different species so therefore different things. I think they also have a different flavours; cress has quite a peppery taste (like mustard) and alfalfa is more mild.
Alfalfa
You don't really have to worry, because alfalfa and hay are pretty much the the same. Unless you horse don't like hay of alfalfa, don't do it. (I dout your doesn't like hay.
Alfalfa grows around 4 feet tall and has tear-drop shaped, jagged-edged leaves. The stems grow out in a kind of bush, with the flowers looking like miniature sweet pea flowers. Flowers range from a purplish blue to even yellow, depending on the variety. To avoid a long and scientific answer of what alfalfa looks like, please see the related links below for pictures of alfalfa.
llamas eat hay and grass. They also like grains and alfalfa. Alfalfa would have to be the most loved by Llamas.
I grow alfalfa
No, they do not taste like chicken. They most likey taste like blood vessels.
Alfalfa is a plant because it has all of the characteristics of another plant (such as a daisy). It is heterotrophic (meaning that it produces its own food), its cells are stuctured like a plant's cells and not like an animal's cells, and other features it shares in common with a plant. Therefore, Alfalfa is in the "plant kingdom". Hope this helped, Lilmomo1
Alfalfa cubes are made by compressing alfalfa into a cubical shape and dehydrating it to preserve it.
