Eat healthy, workout and play sports
A 9 year old does not need a 6 pack. A 9 year old needs to run a LOT. If he/she runs as much as he/she needs to, they will develop a 6 pack sooner than anyone who does not run as much as they should.
It is possible, but it takes a dedicated 9 year old to do so. Need to eat right, do many centre body work outs, and have a good influence. (Such as older roll models) Hope that helps.
if a 13 year old started to work out...yes they would get stronger and get abs within the 2 pack 4 pack 6 pack and 8 pack. But working out all the time can really change your eating habits....like if you think your fat and you work out and you don't eat it can lead to anorexia!
An 11 year old has exactly the same amount of muscles as an adult. You can have whatever size "pack" you want (although an odd number pack may appear slightly strange).
