I wouldn't say people look at teenagers and think "oh god they're going to kill me, hide the junk food!" I do know that a lot of people look at teenagers and think "oh they're at 'that' age" in which you're more likely to be sleepy, moody and horny. This might make them keep their distance but more often than not it's teenagers themselves that cause a lot of the bad press. It only takes one teenager vandalising something to get all teenagers banned from a certain park area for example. There are a few things teenagers struggle with, usually lack of sleep, an excessive craving for sex and a crazy obsession with the opposite sex. There are many more things too but you'll find them out soon I guess. Lots of teenagers deal with these problems in different ways don't worry about that. all you need to do is treat your friends how you think you should treat your friends because that's what everyone does, there's no specific guideline to being a teenager, and if there was one if would be: be yourself.
