These words are typically used together to imply that Freemasonry and Judaism (or even Zionism) are inextricably linked. "Anti Jewish-Masonic" refers to anything that is opposed to the conspiratorially-perceived union of Jewish and Masonic interests.

In truth, while there are some Jewish Freemasons, most Freemasons are not Jewish and most Jews are not Freemasons. They also have distinct interests and beliefs. If you go to synagogues (for Judaism) or lodges (for Freemasonry), members will clarify what those interests are.
