"Architecture of the body"means that architecture was derived from, enlarged from, and is a symbol of the human body. The shape or form of architecture in tribal house plans are almost all irregular circles before 6000 BC in China. Then the irregular circle transformed gradually into an irregular sqaure, and then a square, more or less, around 4500 BC during the Yangshao Culture as seen in Archaeology.
The square is derived from the four (or six) directions of our bodies. So too are the concepts of four directions (east, south, west and north) and the four seasons. In the same way, all of the concepts of space, time, and numbers are generated from the human body, not only architecture.
