Usually each side or bank has a sensor that monitors o2 in exhaust and adjusts run time on injectors, sensor 2 is usually behind convertor and may be shared by both sides, it monitors efficiency of catalytic convertor. I would replace sensor first since they are cheap and appears you have no problem with the ones controlling mixture. Only running excessively rich (raw fuel) will prematurely kill a convertor and under normal conditions they never wear out. Look more closely at that after you have ruled out sensor.
You did not specify which O2 sensor it is. Is it sensor 1 bank 1, sensor 2 bank 2, sensor 2 bank 1, or sensor 1 bank 2. There are four O2 sensors on a mazda 626
Is this bank 2 sensor 1 or sensor 2?
It is O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction possibly (bank 2 Sensor 2) Yogi karki It is O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction possibly (bank 2 Sensor 2) Yogi karki
P0137 = O2 sensor circuit low volts (bank 1 sensor 2). Could be a faulty B1 S2 O2 sensor.
That code indicates a fault in the 'downstream heated O2 sensor' , bank 2.That code indicates a fault in the 'downstream heated O2 sensor' , bank 2.
Should be the rearmost O2 sensor in bank 2. Use a wrench or O2 sensor socket to get it out. Unplug it first from the harness so it doesn't get all twisted and damage the plug on the car's harness.
That would be the O2 sensor after the catalytic converter.
P0155 = O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1). All O2 sensors are threaded into the exhaust system at various points. Bank 2 would be the bank of cylinders that does not contain the #1 cylinder. Bank 2 Sensor 1 would be the first O2 sensor leading from bank 2 of the engine.
the bank 2 o2 sensor is the second o2 sensor back on the exhaust. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bank 2 is the drivers side of the engine Sensor 1 would be before the exhaust gas reaches the catalytic converter Sensor 2 is after the exhaust gas has passed through the catalytic converter
Bank 2 is passenger side. O2 sensor 1 is threaded into the exhaust system between engine and catalytic converter.
O2 sensor circuit bank 1 sensor 2 no activity. Check the wiring and connections to bank 1 sensor 2 O2 sensor, if all looks good replace the sensor.
O2 sensor circuit malfunction, Bank 1 sensor 2. Check the O2 sensor after the catalytic converter.
